Terafractal Policies:

  1. No Returns
    Due to the handmade nature of our clothing, we do not accept returns. Please make sure to check our size charts and product descriptions carefully before purchasing. If you have any questions about sizing or fit, reach out before placing your order.

  2. Exchanges (Case-by-Case Basis)
    Exchanges may be accepted on a case-by-case basis. If you would like to request an exchange, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will work to resolve the situation. Exchanges are subject to availability and may require additional shipping costs.

  3. Alterations and Repairs
    If a seam comes undone, we’re happy to fix it for you! Just send us a message, and we’ll find a solution. Please note that certain alterations may incur extra charges depending on your request. We’ll discuss this with you beforehand.

  4. Lost or Stolen Packages
    Terafractal is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once the order is shipped, it is in the hands of the carrier. We recommend using tracked shipping options to ensure safe delivery.

  5. Custom Orders
    Custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. If there’s an issue with your custom piece, please reach out, and we will do our best to assist.

  6. Order Cancellations
    Cancellations can only be made within 24 hours of placing your order. After this time, we begin processing, and your order cannot be canceled.

  7. Shipping
    All ready-to-ship items will be sent within 5 business days. Custom orders or made-to-order pieces may have varying timelines, which will be communicated at the time of purchase.

  8. Alteration Charges
    Any requested alterations beyond minor repairs may be subject to additional charges. The cost will vary depending on the complexity of the alteration, and we will confirm pricing with you before proceeding.

  9. Damaged or Defective Items
    If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 days of receiving it, and we will resolve the issue with a repair, exchange, or store credit.

  10. Responsibility for Shipping Fees
    Customers are responsible for all shipping fees related to returns, exchanges, and alterations unless the issue is due to a defect in craftsmanship.
