5. Shipping Issues

  • Lost or Stolen Packages: Terafractal is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been handed over to the carrier. We recommend choosing a tracked shipping option to ensure safe delivery.
  • Address Accuracy: Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by customers.

6. Shipping to Multiple Addresses

  • If you need to ship items to multiple addresses, please place separate orders for each shipping destination.

7. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship to worldwide. 

8. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of placement. After this period, we may have already begun processing your order, and cancellations may not be possible.
